Once we have received your order, items are shipped the next business day via Canada Post.
Venere Salon ships to all of Canada. If you do not receive your item within five business days, please email enquiries@veneresalon.com with your order number.
Free delivery is available to the Ontario when you spend more than $100 before tax.
Free delivery is available throughout Canada when you spend more than $150 before tax.
If the carrier damaged your package in shipment, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at enquiries@veneresalon.com. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. If returning at the store level please bring all unopened products and your online receipt for exchange or refund.
click and collect
You can order items online and collect the same day, please allow four hours for your order to be prepared, ready for collection. Please call ahead of time should you need to collect your time before fours hours to ensure stock is available that day.
Please ensure you bring the debit/credit card used to place the order and a copy of the confirmation email so we can verify the order is being collected by the correct customer.
venere returns policy
Return all unopened products within 15 days of receiving your order and in the same condition in which they were delivered. To ensure prompt delivery and protection of your returned items we recommend using Canada Post. Alternately, you may bring the merchandise to the salon (address below) yourself. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. The refund on your products will be applied quickly once we receive all returned items.
