Venere Salon

About Venere Hair Salon

three generations. one standard.

Venere is a multi-location hair salon group built on craftsmanship, discipline, and defined service standards. Shaped by three generations of the Venere family, the brand blends heritage with modern structure, delivering consistent, professional hair services across Oakville, Burlington, and Milton. Great results should feel personal, but never unpredictable.

our origins

Venere’s story begins in Limosano, Italy, where Nicola Venere operated a family salon in the early 20th century. The craft was passed to the next generation, including Giosué Venere, who immigrated to Canada in 1957 and continued refining his training through advanced academies in Toronto.

In the early 1970s, Giosué opened his own salon in Etobicoke, earning a formidable reputation among Toronto’s most respected stylists. His commitment to mastery, discipline, and professionalism shaped the foundation that Venere would later build upon.

In 1986, the next generation, Nick, Ermanno, and Maurice Venere, opened Venere in Oakville. Burlington and Milton followed, establishing Venere as a recognized salon group across the region.

the Venere standard

As Venere expanded beyond a single location, maintaining quality required structure. Clear service standards, defined stylist levels, and an internal academy were developed to ensure consistency across every appointment. Rather than relying on informal practices or individual interpretation, Venere operates within a shared framework. Each stylist brings personality and skill, but the standards remain constant. This allows the brand to grow while protecting the quality clients expect.

training & development

Consistency is not accidental. Venere invests in structured education through the Venere Academy, an internal training system designed to teach technique, reinforce service standards, and support continued development. The Academy ensures that as Venere grows, quality remains protected. Every stylist is trained within a defined framework that prioritizes consultation, communication, and technical precision.
