It exists to ensure that every stylist, regardless of experience or salon, is prepared to deliver exceptional hair services with consistency, technical confidence, and clear communication. The Academy governs both professional development and service certification:
Professional Development
Stylists are trained through a structured curriculum that reinforces technique, consultation skills, communication, and the Venere approach.
Service Certification
Before a stylist can perform certain services, they must be trained, evaluated, and approved through Academy certification.
This ensures that complex or specialized work (like colour dimension, balayage, advanced cutting, or restorative treatments) is always delivered by qualified professionals.
career progression through defined levels
Stylists at Venere don’t progress by tenure alone, they progress by demonstrated skill, consistency, and competence.
As stylists develop, they may advance through defined levels including:
• New Talent Stylist I
• New Talent Stylist II
• Senior Stylist I
• Senior Stylist II
• Senior Stylist III
• Master Stylist
• Director Stylist
Each level reflects a combination of technical ability, professionalism, and contribution to the team. Progression is guided by training, mentorship, and evaluation, not time served.

Not every service is the same, and not every stylist performs every service.
Through the Academy, stylists earn certification in specific competencies, including:
• Haircutting & Styling
• Dimensional Colour & Balayage
• Highlights & Specialist Colour
• Repair & Treatment Services
• Advanced Techniques and Retexturizing
Certification requires demonstration of skill, knowledge, and consistency, protecting both quality and hair health.
